- nmx_consent (cookie, up to 180 days) — remembers your cookie choices and a random consent ID so we can keep a record of your consent.
- nm_chat_token, nm_chat_teased (local storage) — keep your live-chat conversation connected and avoid repeating the chat invitation.
- nm_utm, nmx_t0, nmx_lead (session storage, cleared when you close the browser) — remember how you arrived at the site for your enquiry, protect forms from spam and avoid showing you offers after you have contacted us.
- nmx_exit_ts (local storage) — makes sure the free-consultation popup is not shown to you repeatedly.
